Position Summary:
Citadel Security USA is hiring a full-time Event Security Supervisor to support operations across multiple event sites in the region. This role involves moving between locations, coordinating teams, and working closely with leadership to keep events organized and running safely.
This is a hands-on position where you will be actively involved during events, making adjustments as needed and supporting officers on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee security coverage during events and provide direction to assigned staff
• Work with event leadership to help coordinate overall operations
• Assign posts and duties based on staffing levels and event setup
• Lead pre-event briefings to go over expectations and safety guidelines
• Ensure team members follow company policies and site-specific instructions
• Maintain communication between staff, management, and event partners
• Adjust staffing or assignments when conditions change during events
• Use scheduling and reporting tools to track activity and assignments

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record based on company standards (MVR review)
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Clear communication and organizational ability
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Background in event security, supervision, or hospitality
• Familiarity with scheduling systems or reporting tools

Work Environment:

• Assignments at both indoor and outdoor event venues
• Travel between locations within the Central Mountain and Western Slope regions
• Fast-moving environment where plans may shift quickly
