FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: Day Remote Position Summary The Security Systems Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing security programs, initiatives, reports, and communications.
Responsibilities Monitors, tracks, creates, and supports security programs, reports, and SLA’s Collects, reviews, and analyzes data and metrics provided by local security teams to complete necessary reports Develops and manages security communications in collaboration with the security training manager to include reports, security BOLO’s, website management, etc. Monitors, tracks, supports, and audits security regulatory compliance and accreditation Uses tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Omnigo, and other internal applications to collect and analyze available data and create necessary reports Supports teams or task forces in assigned area; facilitates meetings, identifies issues, solves problems, sets agendas, prepares team leaders, etc. to ensure successful outcomes Prepares and maintains clear, concise supporting records that meet regulatory agency and department documentation requirements Requirements High school diploma or GED required Two (2) years of experience in Program or Project Management required Physical security experience preferred Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $25.79 - $37.47 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
