Position: Child Care Professional

Location: Upper Darby, PA
Coming Soon: Newtown Square, PA
Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts available

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere for children in your care

• Create and implement age-appropriate activities that support early development

• Supervise indoor and outdoor play and encourage social-emotional growth

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding each child’s progress

• Follow health, safety, and center policies to ensure children thrive in a clean, caring space

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children (in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or education settings) preferred

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with kids

• Reliability, teamwork, and excellent communication skills

• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• High School Diploma/GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education a plus
