Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable individual to join our team as our new receptionist!

This position involves working with seniors, family members, and professionals in a fun and rewarding environment.

Part-Time Evenings and Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones


• Communicating resident's needs with the care staff


• Greeting and assisting residents and family members in resolving concerns


• Scheduling


• Filing


• Maintaining records


• Time sheet corrections


• Any other duties as assigned by the administrator

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills


• Proficient in Microsoft office


• Be able to multitask


• Be a team player


• Have a friendly attitude


• Possess a love for the elderly population


• Excellent time management


• Able to remain calm under pressure

A background check and TB test are required upon hire
