About the Role
We are seeking a Therapy Assistant to support patients throughout their treatment journey. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with individuals undergoing therapy as prescribed by our doctors, including:
- Spinal Decompression
- Class IV Laser Therapy
- Shockwave Therapy
- E-Stim
- Posture and movement correction exercises
You’ll also be responsible for setting up therapy equipment, recording accurate treatment notes, and keeping the treatment area clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients through their therapy sessions with encouragement and correct form
- Set up and administer individualized therapies per doctor’s instruction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records
- Assist patients with mobility or support devices if needed
- Foster a supportive and motivating environment for healing and progress
- Keep therapy equipment clean and ready for use
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and support patients during treatment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Capable of making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Previous therapy, rehab, or fitness experience is a plus, but not required
