Role Overview  


Perform seller consultation through various inquiry channels and support the trouble shooting by providing primary responses to seller inconvenience and quickly relaying the issue to relevant teams in order to resolve issues faced by sellers and enable effective customer service responses


 


What You Will Do 



  • Conduct regular quality checks and evaluations across all Seller Support areas and provide actionable feedback. 

  • Analyze QA results, consultation data, and attendance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the experience of sellers and counselors. 

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to escalate systemic issues identified through insights and monitor corrective actions. 

  • Review tickets and operational projects to ensure guidance is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal process changes. 

  • Plan, develop, and deliver training programs for Seller Support counselors, ensuring operational excellence and consistent service quality. 

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors. 


 


Basic Qualifications  



  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 

  • Experience or strong ability in data analysis and insight generation. 

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. 

  • Experience in quality assurance evaluation or training. 

  • Ability to optimize processes and propose actionable measures.
