Own equipment performance, reliability, and lifecycle management for assigned toolsets. Develop and complete maintenance strategies to improve uptime, yield, and cost performance. Lead trouble-shooting efforts for complex equipment issues and recurring failures. Support tool installations, upgrades, qualifications, and production ramps. Analyze equipment data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with vendors to resolve technical issues and implement long‑term solutions. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Mentor technicians and support technical skill development within the team. Engineering or related field degree Hands-on experience owning and sustaining semiconductor equipment. Experience trouble-shooting and resolving complex semiconductor equipment issues Experienced in working multi-functionally with facilities, process teams, and vendors. Experience owning semiconductor manufacturing tools in areas such as Lithography, Dry Etch, Wet Etch, Diffusion, Implant, Facilities, or other fab areas. Experience with sustaining equipment reliability, achieving cost reduction, and/or performance optimization. Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, change management, or continuous improvement methodologies.
