What’s a typical day as Process Technician? You’ll be:
• Working in an office-based command center environment (85%) multitasking with tracking systems to monitor the semiconductor manufacturing of wafers.
• Utilizing your knowledge of MS Office, Excel, data tracking, and coordination in a collaborative team environment.
• Utilizing tool problem solving, teamwork, documentation, and check for proper tool operation.
• Utilizing TSMC training, peer support, following SOP procedures, and structured work flows to perform position duties daily.
• Assisting in manufacturing functions, including data collection & handle tool alarm recovery.
• Communicating with manufacturing and module team members.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a HS Diploma or GED.
• Have a reliable work history with reasonable short-term movement between employers.
• Can monitor multiple computer screens with an eye for quality and detail.
• Have a technical aptitude, and ability to learn in a classroom/online setting.
• Have the ability to work in fast-paced environment, handle stress and deliver on daily goals.
• Possess strong communication skills, adaptable to new SOP’s and willing to learn FULL system processes in 6-9 months, not just 1 area or department.
• Have experience working in desktop or cubicle office setting, sitting for long time periods.
• Have fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Have attention to detail.
• Are a team player.
• Have stable attendance.

Shift Options
SHIFT A- 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Weds)
SHIFT B- 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat)
SHIFT C- 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Weds)
SHIFT D- 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Friday, and every other Sat)
