This is where curiosity, experimentation, and impact come together.\n\nAs a Photolithography Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and integrating lithography processes that directly shape future memory technologies. You will work hands-on with tools, materials, layouts, and data, while collaborating with global partners to move innovations from R\u0026D into high-volume manufacturing. This role offers broad technical exposure and the opportunity to influence device performance, yield, and cost at scale.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Develop and integrate photolithography unit processes for advanced memory technologies\n * Perform material evaluations, reticle and layout development, OPC, overlay optimization, and process window analysis\n * Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and device performance optimization\n * Partner with equipment vendors to evaluate tools and improve process capability\n * Document processes, communicate results, and support technology transfer to manufacturing\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical Degree relevant to Photolithography and Process Development.\n * B.S. with 3+ years semiconductor processing experience with emphasis on Lithography will also be considered. \n * Experience in photolithography or semiconductor process development\n * Working knowledge of process characterization, data analysis, and statistical methods\n * Ability to collaborate across cross-functional technical teams\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience with advanced lithography techniques, OPC, or overlay optimization\n * Familiarity with process integration and high-volume manufacturing support\n * Experience working with semiconductor equipment vendors or R\u0026D environments\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Process Engineer 4\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
