This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys asking thoughtful questions, building relationships over time, and serving as a trusted advisor. You'll leverage the full capabilities of Aradius Group—from commercial printing and direct mail to marketing technology, fulfillment, promotional products, and branded storefronts—to solve real business challenges for your clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and grow a portfolio of new business opportunities through a combination of strategic prospecting, AI-powered sales tools, marketing-generated leads, referrals, networking, and collaboration with future Business Development Representatives. 
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, operational challenges, marketing initiatives, and long-term business objectives. 
• Develop customized solutions by collaborating with internal experts across print, direct mail, fulfillment, creative, mailing, technology, and client services. 
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot, maintaining accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and client activity. 
• Utilize ZoomInfo and other sales intelligence tools to research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and support account planning. 
• Present proposals, pricing, and recommendations that align with client goals and deliver measurable business value. 
• Partner with Marketing on strategic account reviews, campaign planning, and market feedback to uncover growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships. 
• Share client insights, recurring pain points, industry trends, and competitive feedback to help shape marketing campaigns, sales strategy, and future service offerings. 
• Develop strategic account plans that identify opportunities for expansion across existing and prospective clients. 
• Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience from discovery through execution and ongoing account growth. 
• Represent Aradius Group professionally at client meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry functions. 
• Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals while maintaining an exceptional client experience.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience. 
• Experience using HubSpot to manage pipelines, opportunities, and customer relationships. 
• Experience using ZoomInfo or similar sales intelligence platforms. 
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. 
• Commercial printing, direct mail, marketing services, or related industry experience preferred.
