Senior Account Executive Business Development

• Identify, target, and establish
  new relationships with both existing and potential clients to drive
  revenue growth.
  
• Develop and maintain a credible
  pipeline of prospective clients, implementing growth strategies to
  achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  

• Clearly articulate and
  communicate value propositions to both existing and prospective clients.
  
• Foster and maintain strong
  relationships with current clients to protect and retain existing
  business.
  

• Develop and execute targeted
  sales and marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  
• Participate in the development of
  various product distribution channels to expand market reach.
  
• Manage and maintain a calendar of
  marketing campaigns to ensure consistent and strategic outreach.
  

• Provide regular weekly and
  monthly production reports to monitor progress and performance against
  targets.
  
• Analyze sales data and market
  trends to inform business development strategies.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in
  Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in a
  similar role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry,
  with a focus on bancassurance.
  
•  Diploma in Insurance
  (ACII/AIIK).
  
• Minimum 3 -5 years of
  experience in general insurance sales.
  
• Proficiency in
  Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
