Senior Account Executive – Life Sciences | Engineering Services

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive business growth within the Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative B2B sales, experience selling engineering services or industrial automation solutions, and the ability to build strategic relationships with enterprise manufacturing clients.

This position will partner closely with the Director and VP of Business Development to expand market presence, develop key accounts, and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Life Sciences vertical.


• Own and manage strategic, focused, and target accounts.


• Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.


• Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and client meetings.


• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers.


• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to develop customer solutions.


• Prepare account plans and sales forecasts.


• Maintain opportunities and customer data within Salesforce.


• Coordinate internally using Microsoft Teams.


• Meet and exceed revenue and pipeline goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree


• 5+ years of B2B sales experience


• Experience selling Engineering Services


• Experience selling one or more of the following:

• Experience selling into Life Sciences companies
