Job Description - Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Manager 


to join the dynamic team in the slots development industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, driving revenue, and identifying new business opportunities. Success in this position requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships.



Role is located in Limassol, Cyprus (relocation support is provided).



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing revenue potential.

  • Grow existing accounts while exploring new partnership opportunities to support company expansion.

  • Create and implement account strategies that align with overall business objectives.

  • Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements and maintain lasting partnerships.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Monitor key account performance, analyze data, and provide insights to senior management.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.




Requirements:



  • At least two years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within iGaming / gambling industry.

  • Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and consistently meet revenue targets.

  • Strong skills in negotiation, sales, and contract management.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic insights.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience working with B2B partnerships and a solid understanding of iGaming market dynamics.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
