Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Location: Anywhere in US, preferably in DFW
About Us:
Pro-Tech is seeking a Senior Account Manager (SAM) to come and take us to the next level. While we specialize in Manufacturing, we are looking for a SAM with experience working in the Technical, IT, Engineering or Finance side of staffing to hep launch that side of the business.
This is your opportunity to be the boss of a business unit and build out your own team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the agency’s client base.
Create and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales role within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
Ability to work independently
Must have staffing industry experience
Must have established a book of business in the area. YOU will lead this division.
