Joining our team means bringing a diverse set of skills, abilities, and expertise spanning integrated communications, influencer, digital, creative and strong day to day account operations. As part of Edelman’s U.S. practice, you will be part of a close knit, collaborative network of team members who bring deep category expertise and a shared commitment to delivering high quality work for our clients.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an adaptable and high energy Senior Account Supervisor to support a major retail and consumer brand account, with a focus on leading brand campaigns and integrated projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a strong operator and client partner who can drive work forward across multiple workstreams, keep teams aligned on timelines and deliverables, and ensure consistent quality and operational excellence. You will work closely with integrated partners and internal teams to deliver high impact programs and materials, support finance and scoping needs, and serve as a reliable day to day contact to help the account run smoothly.

The key areas of responsibility are:

  • Lead brand campaigns and projects from start to finish, ensuring on time delivery of key deliverables, team alignment from brief through recap and ongoing, and proactive client communication throughout.

  • Own day to day project management across workstreams, including building and maintaining workbacks, aligning owners and timelines, tracking actions, and driving follow through to completion.

  • Manage development of materials associated with key programs, campaigns and projects including, but not limited to: press releases, KMQAs, briefing books, ROS documents, workbacks, and program recaps.

  • Responsible for leading weekly status calls and serving as Edelman representation on IAT calls, with support from others as needed.

  • Serve as day to day contact for IAT partners, maintaining strong working relationships, ensuring seamless coordination, and resolving issues quickly to keep work moving.

  • Support development and communication of merchandising results including inclusion in internal emails, newsletters, and other internal channels, in partnership with account leadership.

  • Provide finance and project management support across assigned workstreams, including first draft of Statements of Work, support on CPTs, and oversight of the OOP tracker.

  • Oversee specific campaign budgets as needed, including development of estimates and subsequent budget management for assigned OOP funded workstreams, flagging risks and variances and managing issues to resolution.

  • Maintain operational excellence by identifying opportunities to streamline team and client ways of working while maintaining client standards across all deliverables.

  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and close attention to detail across all work products, proactively identifying risks, raising flags early, and proposing solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in communications and public relations

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strength in project management and operational leadership, including ownership of workbacks, cross functional coordination, and driving integrated teams to deliver on time

  • Prior experience in an agency environment strongly preferred

  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience developing core communications deliverables such as press releases, briefing materials, KMQAs, and program recaps

  • Experience leading weekly status calls and collaborating with integrated partners and cross functional teams

  • Comfort with finance and scoping processes, including drafting SOWs, building estimates, and tracking OOP budgets

  • Ability to derive clarity out of ambiguous situations, maintain momentum, and bring structure to fast moving workstreams

  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining quality while managing multiple priorities
