As a Senior Accountant, you will:​

• Plan and oversee the auditing process


• Work with managers to allocate responsibilities to intern and staff auditors


• Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance


• Prepare financial reports


• Prepare Federal and State tax returns


• Provide accounting and tax services for small businesses and individuals


• Actively engage in personal and professional development

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the public accounting field


• Ability to work independently while supervising others


• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with management and clients


• Proven ability to sustain a high level of drive enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when coping with pressure at work


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize engagements


• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs


• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college/university; master’s degree and professional certification (such as CPA) is a bonus
