About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience in financial services (BFSI preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong US GAAP knowledge, proficiency in Oracle/SAP, and advanced Excel skills. Experience in large corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and assist in audits.
General Ledger Management Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring data accuracy.
Process Improvement Identify and implement efficiencies in financial workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with teams to support business objectives.
Mentorship Guide junior accountants and foster team growth.
Internal Controls Monitor compliance with financial policies.

Must-Have Qualifications

Education: Bachelors in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in accounting (BFSI background strongly preferred).
Technical Skills:

• ERP Systems: Oracle, SAP (or similar)
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
• US GAAP expertise
