Requirements
- Culture Fit & Maturity: Demonstrated maturity and a down-to-earth personality to fit well within a small, close-knit team environment.
- Accounting Fundamentals: 3-6 years of solid accounting experience with a strong grasp of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles.
- Tech Savvy: Leverage and improve accounting processes using new / modern technology
- Financial Analysis: Experience blending accounting operations with financial analysis to provide insightful financial statement commentary

Responsibilities
- End-to-End Accounting: A/P, A/R, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations and Financial Statement preparation
- Non-Profit Accounting: Dive in and understand the nuances of non-profit accounting procedures, as needed
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance accounting procedures and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
- Board Meeting Support: Partner closely with the Controller to develop financial statement review and board decks when meeting with the family.
