Position Summary

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting while supporting process improvements and clinic integrations. This role partners closely with Operations, Office Managers, and cross-functional business partners and will also provide leadership and guidance to staff accountants.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff accountants to ensure timely and accurate monthly close and reporting
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Partner with Office Managers and Operations teams to research and resolve accounting issues
• Collaborate with internal business partners to support the integration of newly acquired clinics
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit process
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)  
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry  
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred  
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP  
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
