Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA, and a generous vacation plan.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to support accounting operations across multiple entities within a dynamic commercial real estate company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, growth-minded, and experienced in QuickBooks Online and CAM reconciliations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and expanding real estate team.

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage day-to-day accounting functions across multiple entities
● Oversee financial reporting and monthly closings
● Perform CAM reconciliations for industrial property tenants
● Collaborate with the brokerage and construction divisions to consolidate financials
● Maintain and optimize QuickBooks Online systems
● Assist leadership in improving accounting workflows and processes

Qualifications:
● 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or multi-entity environments
● Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
● CAM reconciliation experience preferred
● Strong analytical and organizational skills
● Eagerness to learn and continuously improve
