The Role We're seeking a seasoned Accountant to join our Chandler, Arizona operations. In this role, you'll prepare and maintain financial records and activities ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policy. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cost accounting and other related duties for the company.


• Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements and profit and loss statements.


• Maintain the general ledger.


• Recording the cost, depreciation, and disposition of tangible and intangible fixed assets.


• Reconciliation of all accounts and monitor accounts receivable.


• File tax forms with federal, state and local government agencies.


• Provide outside auditor assistance.

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable or related financial operations; construction or equipment rental industry experience preferred.


• Bachelor's degree required, CPA a plus.


• Demonstrates a strong understanding of GAAP.


• Experience in process improvement and development of Standard Operating Procedures.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); Sage 100 and ERP systems (Point of Rental, Rental Man) preferred.


• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion.
