'- FA daily transaction management and accounting booking.

-Coordinate month-end closing routines, review monthly trial balance breakdown;

-Payroll and other accrue transaction booking;

-Verify vouchers in General Ledger;

-Prepare quarter-end & year-end Corporate financial schedule reports;

-Assist annual statutory audit and tax audit with external auditors;

-Implement Internal Control practices and processes that comply with statutory and corporate requirements (US-SOX Compliance), and reinforce financial daily operations;

-Assist in ad hoc financial projects and analysis reports;

-1~2 years’ experience in multinational companies, strong experience in General Ledger is preferred;

-CET-6 or above, good English in speaking, reading and writing;

-Strong analytical skills & operating expenses control concept;

-Familiar with PRC & US GAAP, Sarbanes – Oxley compliance is definite advantage;

-The ability to work in a tight timetables and under high pressure;

-be independency, details focus and the ability to prioritize work list is also required;

-Good communication skills and teamwork attitude; strong inter-personal skills.
