Senior Accountant - Property Accounting

We’re seeking a talented Senior Accountant specializing in Property Accounting. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in managing financial operations for real estate assets. You’ll be responsible for critical functions including:

• Bank Reconciliations: Download and reconcile bank statements for Rehab and related accounts.


• Financial Reviews: Conduct monthly financial reviews and prepare schedules for JV partners.


• Cash Flow Management: Perform cash flow calculations and update preferred interest schedules.


• Distributions & Reporting: Manage monthly/quarterly distributions, lender reporting, and capex schedules.


• Lender Draws & Capital Calls: Handle various lender draws and capital calls, ensuring accurate documentation.


• Quarterly Reporting: Prepare and update quarterly reports, including DSCR and debt yield calculations.


• Vendor Invoices & Tax Management: Manage vendor invoices, RE tax payments, and personal property tax filings.


• Acquisitions & Dispositions: Oversee the financial aspects of property acquisitions and dispositions, including bank setups and post-closing true-ups.
