Senior Accountant

A high net worth individual privately owned Real Estate company in Beverly Hills is seeking a Senior Accountant.Great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the real estate industry from seasoned professionals.

Under the general supervision of two Controllers, with dotted line to the CFO, and to the Principal on an as needed basis, the Senior Accountant will assist with all accounting functions for the commercial, residential, agriculture properties, as well as construction accounting. **The position is onsite every day.

Bank Reconciliations

General Ledger

Ad hoc projects

Must have a bachelor degree in accounting

2-3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or construction accounting

MS Office Suite

Strong Excel skills

Property Management Software ex.-CenterSoft

Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, collaborative, and a professional team player.
