Senior Accountant (CPA)

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team in Valley, NE. This full-time role offers a competitive market-based salary range of $70,000–$85,000 per year and focuses on managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting audits and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to process improvements across the organization.

This position is best suited for a CPA with 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and the ability to work onsite in Valley, NE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations for Valley operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership on accounting matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation and internal control processes.

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Experience working in an onsite or hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Work Schedule & Location

• Onsite work required for the majority of the workweek.
• Fully remote arrangements are not available for this position.
