Senior Accountant, Global Controllership

Primary Responsibility:

Facilitate accurate, timely, and efficient global accounting. Centrally manage activities, such as the global financial audit, global consolidations, OneStream admin, cash generation (CGU), and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Global Controllership to achieve the following:

• Achieve global controllership targets per Global Controllership Strategy


• Drive CGU through Forecasting and Reporting


• Complete OneStream Consolidations, Reporting, Admin responsibilities


• Conduct Balance Sheet review (w/ IC Reconciliation Process)


• Manage Policies for Accurate Accounting


• Lead Global (RTMS) FS Audit and Report


• Report Financials as needed


• Coordinate Tax Compliance 


• Manage Maxcess Transfer Pricing, Insurance, Dividends, FX Mitigation


• Continuously Improve Global Controllership Processes


• Conduct Special Projects

Candidate Requirements

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future


• Must reside in the United States


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance


• 2-3 Years in Public Accounting, 5 Years in Manufacturing Accounting preferred


• Financial Audit or Tax experience


• Technical Accounting experience


• Prior OneStream (or similar system) Administration


• Communication and Continuous Improvement mindset

Job Qualifications and Experience (Preferred):

• CPA preferred
