Senior Accountant (Real Estate/Co-Working Spaces): $80K - $90K

TGG has partnered with a real estate group that manages a significant number of co-working spaces in NY and CT.  They are seeking to add a Senior Accountant to their established team.

Schedule: 5 Days in Office (White Plains, NY 10601
Office Location: White Planins, NY 10601

Compensation: $80K - $90K

Position Overview:

• General Accounting including AP, AR & Payroll duties.


• Weekly Accounts Payable.


• AR/Collections – manage an AR Aging portfolio for approximately 1700 customers/13 locations.


• Produce monthly financial statements.


• Oversee 3rd party payroll service.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting is preferred but not required.


• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.


• Intercompany transaction experience is preferred.


• QB online and experience with an ERP system is preferred.
