Senior Accountant, Royalties

Manage entertainment royalty revenue accounting program, including but not limited to accurate calculation and account classifications. Implement continuous improvement and modernization efforts across processes including the utilization of AI. Build relationships and regular communication with operational leaders to provide direct and timely assistance on matters that have accounting and reporting implications. A bachelor's degree in accounting, a Certified Public Accountant designation is preferred. Minimum 3 years public accounting experience and/or public company experience. Big 4 experience preferred. Must possess a strong knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. A comprehensive knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 926 is preferred. Experience in reviewing and understanding contracts; knowledge of entertainment and licensing industry accounting preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and contribute efficiently and optimally in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
