We are looking for a Sr. Accountant to join a great team located in Gilbert! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for the company as well as handle month-end close.
Responsibilities:
- Issuing customer sales invoices and entering in QuickBooks
- Entering Accounts Payable invoices in QuickBooks
- Making payments (Suppliers, payroll, taxes)
- Entering bank transactions into QuickBooks
- Entering journals in QuickBooks (including payroll, depreciation, tax)
- Managing credit-card and debit card transactions reports
- Implementing and adhering to financial controls that are consistent with Group’s accounting policies/controls
- Scanned/Printed Physical Booking for CC and DC
- Invoices/Payment Physical Booking
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related is required
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
