Senior Accountant - Unlimited Growth Potential

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for assisting in completing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, and assisting with regulatory reporting and audits as applicable, other ad hoc reporting and related duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

•Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. This includes monthly reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts, including AR, AP, intercompany, expenses, fixed assets, and revenue.

•Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.

•Assist in preparing reporting packages, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and completeness of financial data.

•Assist with gathering supporting documents for year-end financial and tax audits.

•As necessary, assist with supporting tax filings for annual income tax, periodic sales and use tax, and other added value tax.

•Assist the Accounting Manager / Controller with reviewing and testing accounting processes to ensure SOX compliance.

•Collaborate with other departments to ensure procedures and tasks are completed to meet tight close deadlines.

•Assist with other accounting projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/ or experience

•Big 4 experience preferred

•Certified Public Accountant / CPA, desired

•Experience in Global Public Company

•Experience in High Tech companies preferred

•Advanced credentials such as MBA preferred

•Reliable technology and analytical abilities

•Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

•Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
