Senior Accounting Analyst

Integrity Rise Management, a high\-growth, fast\-paced, resident\-centric property management company, is recruiting for a Senior Accounting Analyst; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.    

In this role, you will support the accounting and finance operations of a growing property management company. You will be responsible for day\-to\-day accounting functions including bank reconciliations, general ledger support, payment processing oversight, and assisting with corrections and month\-end close activities.  You’ll also assist with monitoring cash balances and basic cash activity tracking, as well as preparation of basic financial reports and schedules.

This is a regular, full\-time position. The chosen candidate will work onsite at the company’s location in St. Augustine, FL.

Requirements

Must Haves

• At least 1 year of accounting experience, including back reconciliations and transactional accounting
  


• Understanding of accounting principles and general ledger accounting
  


• Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills
  


• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  


• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a deadline\-oriented environment
  


• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); specifically in Excel, experience with formulas and reconciliations is required
  


• Associate’s degree
  

Nice\-To\-Haves

• Experience in property management, real estate, or multi\-entity accounting
  


• Familiarity with accounting or property management software (e.g., ResMan, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
  


• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
