Sovereign & Jacobs, a mid\-sized, fast\-paced, customer service\-oriented property management company, is recruiting for a Senior Accounting Manager; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.
In this role, you will oversee all accounting functions for homeownersâ and condominium associations, ensuring accurate AP/AR processing, compliant financial reporting, and adherence to state statutes. You will lead the monthâend close process, prepare and review financial statements, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard association funds. Serving as a key financial partner to cross\-functional partners, board members, auditors, and executives, youâll support ng annual audits and regulatory requirements. Additionally, youâll provide leadership to accounting staff and help drive process improvements and system enhancements.
