Senior Accounting/Finance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

The professional will be responsible for leading and executing the accounting and financial routines of the Atlanta operation, including:

• Monthly accounting closing process for the business unit;
  


• Ensuring the quality and reliability of financial information;
  


• Managing and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable activities;
  


• Performing accounting and financial reconciliations;
  


• Supporting internal and external audit processes;
  


• Supporting the implementation of controls and process improvement initiatives;
  


• Supporting the financial management of the operation;
  


• Monitoring cash flow and financial controls;
  


• Supporting demands related to the transition/sale process of the operation;
  


• Ensuring compliance and adherence to the company’s internal policies and procedures.
