Surgical Scheduling and Academic Support for Pediatric ENT Faculty.
Manage/Update provider schedules.
Direct support with calendar management, expense processing, coordinating travel, and other administrative duties.
This role is Hybrid: First 90 days will be 5 days/week onsite. After that 2days/week onsite. 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
Required Skills and Abilities
1. Advanced proficiency in EPIC, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Demonstrated experience with calendar management, expense processing and coordinating travel arrangements.
3. Demonstrated experience with Surgical and Clinical Scheduling.
4. Exceptional attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and time management skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
1. Advanced EPIC Skillset.
2. Workday Expense Experience.
3. Proven experience in surgical practice or high-volume medical facility.

1. Oversees and coordinates administrative, program, and office activities. Establishes, selects, implements, and coordinates office procedures and systems.
