Position Title: Customer Service Device Administrator- French/English
Duration: 12 months
Location: Virtual/Remote - Eastern Time/Central Time

Pay Rate: $ 23.00/hr on W2

Position Summary: The Senior Customer Service Device Administrator supports the Canada device capital business and assists both internal and external customers with ordering, invoicing, and asset management tracking. Strict compliance with procedures and meticulous attention to detail are essential due to the complexities involved in managing multiple versions and safety software.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage Oracle transactions related to Capital Equipment Contracts.
Utilize the Model N contracting system to interpret Device Contracts.
Understand and adhere to transaction requirements for various methods of Capital Contracting.
Accurately input Oracle Blanket Sales Agreements (Recurring invoicing).
Handle incoming phone and email communications from customers, Field Sales, or company employees.
Input orders for serialized monitoring equipment, Spare Parts & Invasive Monitoring equipment.
Process Capital Equipment Trial Evaluations and ensure timely return or initiate appropriate invoicing.
Assist ICU in maintaining accurate serialized device tracking for Canadian customers in the Oracle Installed Base.
Coordinate with Device Inventory Specialist to ensure orders are shipped on time and with the correct device software version.
Release invoices for equipment and services related to the MedNet product line according to financial requirements.
Process replacement and repair orders initiated from Trackwise Global or Service Requests.
Manage any credit or debits associated with Capital equipment and services.
Handle Installed Base Account Ownership changes (Unit Transfers).
Update and maintain customer warranties and Extended Service.
Code appropriate statuses on devices according to activities such as returns, equipment loss, or no longer supported equipment.
Update various fields in the Installed Base as requested by Quality or Manufacturing.
Assist AR with pricing inquiries and questions associated with Capital equipment and services.
Manage device returns, provide Asset Management reports, handle credits, replacements, and returns for non-serialized forms.
Provide solutions for all callers, research and follow up if the answer is not known.
Work closely with the Canada Service Center, expedite urgent requests, and ensure product delivery details are communicated.
Develop creative solutions for internal and external customers with minimal supervision.
Take on special projects and seek out process improvements.
Assist with departmental training as needed.
Minimum Requirements: Fluency in French is required (French Canadian a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
General process knowledge of all departments with which SCS interacts.
Ability to positively influence others.
Bachelor's degree preferred with 0-4 years of experience in a general office environment, or 5+ years of industry experience required in lieu of a BA degree.
Previous experience with ERP is advantageous.
