Senior Affiliate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to manage existing customer relationships and acquire new clients within Tier 1 markets.

The role is based in Limassol, relocation to Cyprus is provided accordingly. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within gambling industry (Tier 1 markets).


• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  


• Results-driven and self-motivated.


• Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills.


• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


• Skilled in representing the company and its brands at exhibitions and industry events.


• Capable of working under tight deadlines.


• Comprehensive understanding of the iGaming industry.


• Hands-on experience with mobile measurement partners (MMP) such as Appsflyer or Adjust.


• Experience in promoting both app-based and web-based products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners via email, phone, newsletters, and forums to maximize revenue.


• Recruit new affiliates for CPA, RS, and hybrid campaigns.


• Negotiate partnership terms and agreements.


• Analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI from affiliate activities.


• Oversee the affiliate budget, including commission structures and expenditure.


• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and commission payments.


• Prepare and present affiliate marketing reports to senior management.


• Expand the affiliate database to increase customer exposure.


• Maintain regular communication with partners, providing affiliate support as needed.


• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and web development teams to optimize affiliate acquisition strategies.


• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conventions, forums, and networking events to strengthen partnerships.


• Create engaging content for monthly affiliate newsletters.


• Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices in affiliate marketing initiatives.


• Design and execute promotions and tournaments to engage affiliates and boost brand visibility.
