Senior Affiliate Manager

Denver based company seeks a Sr Affiliate Manager with at least 2+ years of Affiliate Management experience who can fit right into a team and manage accounts that are already producing revenue as well as recruit new affiliates. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Researching and recruiting new publishers (affiliates)
Working with publishers and advertisers to optimize delivery and campaign performance.
Ensuring compliance with publishers on an ongoing basis.
Analyzing publisher statistics to maximize revenue, identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns and troubleshooting issues.
Building and managing client relationships. .
Implementing initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI.
Managing affiliate relations, communication and recruitment.

2+ years experience as an Affiliate manager at a reputable company
college degree preferred
existing contacts and a good reputation in the online industry
Team player mentality with significant interpersonal skills
