Senior Affiliate Manager - Zecure & Emerging Markets

Lead Affiliate Growth for Bold Brands Like Rizk Across High-Potential Markets 

Betsson Group is hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead affiliate performance for our Zecure Gaming brands, with a core focus on Rizk. This role centres on driving acquisition across emerging and fast-growing markets such as Croatia, Serbia and the Rest of World (ROW) – with full responsibility for strategy, partner relationships, and growth. 

Your Role 

You will own affiliate activity for Zecure Gaming’s key markets, managing everything from partner engagement to performance analysis and market-specific strategy. Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure our campaigns deliver strong results while meeting local compliance standards.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead affiliate partnerships for Rizk and other Zecure Gaming brands in Croatia, Serbia, Canada, and ROW 


• Drive acquisition and optimise performance to meet traffic and revenue targets 


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and advertising guidelines 


• Build strong relationships with affiliates and identify new growth opportunities 


• Create tailored promotions and communications for each market 


• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Product 


• Represent Zecure Gaming at affiliate and industry events 


• Support the development and coaching of junior team members 

What We’re Looking For 

• 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally in iGaming 


• Proven success managing emerging or regulated market strategies 


• Strong analytical skills and ability to act on performance insights 


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities 


• Fluent in English; other regional languages are a plus 


• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
