Senior AI Developer

Aspire Software is looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our team in Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & lead the technical team of a new Valsoft AI venture in the healthcare space.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features—agent-based workflows, RAG search, predictive tools—ensuring they seamlessly auto-deploy across multiple products.
• Own the stack end-to-end: databases, APIs, front-end, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure.
• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, project management, and observability; mentor peers through pair programming.
• Iterate rapidly: prototype on Monday, gather user feedback by Friday, ship production features the following week.
  

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years developing and deploying AI-driven solutions within SaaS products or similar environments.
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field (asset).
• Expertise in AI technologies and hands-on experience with cutting-edge ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Keras) and AI platforms (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot).
• Proficiency with AI toolchains such as LangChain/Smith, LlamaIndex, and other LLM libraries/frameworks.
• Up to date on the latest technology and software-development trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills in model development, data preprocessing, and algorithm refinement.
• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and drive high-impact projects.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, reliable, performant code.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
