This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the industrialization of AI projects that enhance sales performance. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and producing advanced AI systems, which will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams. Your contributions will facilitate the automated generation of important reports and AI-generated leads. Working in a dynamic and business-centric environment, your mission will aim for quality, robustness, and scalability.
Accountabilities
- Design and structure frameworks for prompts (standard and agentic).
- Develop and maintain autonomous AI agent systems ready for production.
- Establish evaluation and testing pipelines (Promptfoo, LangSmith, QA custom).
- Ensure structured, typed, and reliable outputs (JSON, Pydantic).
- Oversee end-to-end PromptOps: versioning Git, best practices, and prompt governance.
- Optimize costs and performance (RAG, context pruning, token strategy).
- Design API schemas and tool-calling for integration with existing systems.
- Utilize advanced reasoning techniques (Chain-of-Thought, Self-Reflection).
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams in an Agile framework.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in advanced AI projects.
- Excellent command of Python and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience with agentic AI systems, orchestration, and PromptOps.
- Skills in API Design and application integration.
- Experience in scaling AI solutions.
- Business acumen with a focus on performance, cost, and reliability.
