  • Prepare high-quality materials for both internal and external stakeholders, such as pitch decks, restructuring proposals, information memoranda, teasers, management presentations, and investment memoranda.

  • Maintain databases of M&A precedent transactions and publicly traded comparables; organize electronic files and virtual data rooms; manage administrative tasks to facilitate transaction processes.

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the airline and aviation industry.

  • Engage with client management and investment teams, fostering professional relationships and collaboration.

  • Contribute to internal business development initiatives and support sales efforts through the flawless execution of assignments and development of sales materials.

  • Support strategic alternatives evaluations, divestitures, capital raises (equity & debt), and other advisory assignments across the aviation industry.

  • Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree, in finance, business, engineering, mathematics or accounting.

  • One to three years of experience in consulting, investment banking, accounting, airline finance, or private equity.

  • Excellent analytical ability including demonstrated capability in financial analysis (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), preferably involving the airline industry or aviation-related businesses.

  • Ability to synthesize complex financial and industry data into polished client-ready presentations.

  • Detail orientation, strong communication skills, and professionalism needed to engage directly with aviation industry clients.

  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset suited to an entrepreneurial, high‑responsibility environment.

  • Prior experience or demonstrated interest in investment banking, aviation, restructuring, M&A, or related advisory work.

  • Demonstrated interest and experience in the global aviation industry.

  • A career-motivated professional who is self-confident, self-starter, energetic, and possesses a superb work ethic.

  • Professional maturity and experience to interact with senior stakeholders.

  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of SQL and Power BI a plus.

  • Willingness to travel globally.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
