Job Description - Senior Analyst, Client Operations

This role sits within ICONIQ Business Operations, where the Client Operations team plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s high-touch service model. The team ensures seamless execution of account administration, investment operations, and onboarding for our clients. As a Senior Analyst, you will contribute directly to the firm’s ability to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.


 


What You’ll Do:



  • Coordinate subscription documentation and transactions for private investments.

  • Manage day-to-day investment operations including bill pay, money movement, and transaction processing.

  • Execute and support the client onboarding process, including account openings and transfers.

  • Maintain and update client data, ensuring centralized records are complete and accurate.

  • Partner closely with Client Teams and internal departments to ensure timely and precise deliverables.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external service providers to support client operations.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and workflows in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Support a culture of confidentiality, responsiveness, and collaboration across the team.


 


Ideal Candidate Background:



  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment operations, account administration, or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; works well independently and collaboratively.

  • Highly organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented.

  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

  • Authorized to work permanently in the U.S.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.


 


Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.  A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $100,000 - $115,000 together with the benefits listed above.
