The Industrials Investment Banking Senior Analyst is a critical role within our industrials group, responsible for conducting in-depth industry and financial analysis, supporting transaction execution, and contributing to business development initiatives. This role demands a high level of analytical acumen, robust knowledge of the industrials sector, and a proven track record in financial modeling and client support.

• Conduct comprehensive industry research and financial analysis for the industrial sector to support senior bankers in M&A, IPOs, and other transaction execution.
• Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate business performance and project future earnings.
• Prepare pitch books and client presentations, articulating the strategic value of proposed transactions.
• Assist in the coordination and management of transaction processes, including due diligence, document preparation, and client communication.
• Monitor industry trends, economic news, and market developments to inform analyses and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with team members to enhance the quality of deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Liaise with clients to gather critical financial data and build strong professional relationships.
• Support the deal structuring and negotiation process by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
• Contribute to internal strategy meetings, offering insights and suggestions for improving transaction strategies.
