In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday \u2013Thursday at Hasbro\u2019s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro\u2019s temporary location in Boston, MA.\n\nA day in the life of a Senior Analyst Logistics:\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Do:\n\n * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that impact business performance.\n * Offer insights based on data to improve cost to serve strategies, company performance, and customer involvement.\n * Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks while ensuring data quality, consistency, and standardized metrics.\n * Help define analytics guidelines and reporting standards through translating business needs into analytical frameworks and benchmarks.\n * Present insights clearly and timely to senior partners and multi-functional teams.\n\n\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Bring\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n * Proven solid skills in SQL, Excel and Data visualization models (Tableau, PBI)\n * Experience translating complex data into business recommendations\n * Good communication and partner management skills\n\n\n\nWe are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer\n\nHasbro is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
