Senior Analyst Material Management

Your responsibilities will include Contribute to the overall implementation of smart products working in a Scrum agile team Provide creative solutions to complex problems. Participate in functional, technical, and code review Develop and implement sound software development practices, including continuous integration, nightly build & regression testing, test driven design Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain operations environment Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering Having knowledge on Industry Standards and systems knowledge for material planning and replenishment, proficient in Google Suite as an asset, MS Office, Access, Project, ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) Strong understanding of WCM concepts along with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement via WCM tools Proven ability to grow individual and organizational competency through proactive coaching and mentoring Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills Demonstrates success in a team environment Takes ownership within Project Management to identify key results and orients activity to achieve them Takes ownership within Operations to identify key results and orients activity to achieve them Within Facilitation, presents information succinctly, in command of the facts Ensuring cycle count accuracy and all internal control processes for inventory accuracy
