Job Description - Senior Analyst, Medical Affairs THV

Edwards’ groundbreaking work in transcatheter aortic heart valve replacement (TAVR) pioneered an innovative, life-changing solution for patients by offering heart valve replacement without the need for open heart surgery. Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit continues to partner with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence. How you will make an impact:

  • Lead the enhancement and development of the Medical Affairs digital platforms (e.g., grants, proctor, SalesForce.com, THV training portal) by obtaining input from external vendors, internal business partners and users and functioning as the system administrator for all Medical Affairs US systems (e.g. KOL tracking tool)
  • Analyze data from Medical Affairs and sales operations databases to create reports for Medical Affairs Leadership
  • Develop and refine key operations program metrics and dashboards (e.g., proctor/HCP attendances, number of trainings, invoices, contracts) in collaboration with BU Medical Affairs stakeholders
  • Supplement VR (virtual reality) simulation logistics support (e.g., ensure simulation and devices are available, first point of contact for vendors) at EW events and external conferences. Function as a central resource for simulation parts and internal reordering
  • Recommend processes to archive and ensure training and proctoring documentation that comply with EW SOPs and resolve issues as appropriate. Support organization of training content and department work instructions on appropriate systems (e.g., LMS).Troubleshoot issues as necessary.

What you will need (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Stay current with latest platform features

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400 preferred)

  • Proven successful project management skills

  • Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards

  • Extensive knowledge in at least discipline (e.g. Power Platform ALM and solution management)

  • Substantial technical knowledge with expertise in at least one technical language or data management system (e.g. Knowledge of Power BI for embedded analytics within Power Apps)

  • Extensive knowledge of platform ecosystem and integration points within Power Platform and governance

  • Represents leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and team. Ability to train and mentor team members on Power Platform best practices

  • Consult in project setting within specific sections of area (Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services and Microsoft 365)

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $92,000 to $130,000 (highly experienced).
