This is not an entry-level role—we’re looking for experienced phone professionals who can hit the ground running, consistently hit goals, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This is your chance to work with highly qualified, inbound leads—no cold calling. Our company invests over $250,000 per month to generate exclusive interest from homeowners actively looking for remodeling services. You’ll be working directly with these warm and hot leads to schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.

 Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and hot homeowner leads
• Set appointments for our in-home sales team
• Accurately answer questions about our windows, sunrooms, and bath products
• Follow up on previous contacts and confirm appointments
• Update CRM with accurate call and appointment information

 What You Bring to the Table

• Proven success in appointment setting, phone sales, or collections
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
• Confidence handling objections and guiding conversations
• Results-oriented with a competitive mindset
• Basic computer/CRM skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
