Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)

HireNow Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join a respected architectural and engineering firm serving public sector clients in Marion, Indiana. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for a licensed architect with strong leadership skills and a proven portfolio in civic, institutional, or healthcare facility design.

As Senior Architect, you will lead multi-disciplinary design teams through every project phase from conceptual planning to construction documentation ensuring quality, compliance, and creativity on every level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of new construction and renovation projects

• Lead design reviews, code compliance evaluations, and sustainability initiatives

• Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and clients to deliver successful project outcomes

• Produce high-quality design documents and manage coordination of construction drawings

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture

• Registered Architect (RA) required

• 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software

• Strong knowledge of IBC, ADA, and other relevant building codes

• Experience with government or healthcare facility projects is highly desirable

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
