This is prime client-facing ownership on corporate workplace interiors projects, from RFP through project close-out.
You'll serve as the prime client interface across every phase of the project, managing the full scope: budgets, contracts, change orders, additional services, invoicing, and collections. You'll also lead final red-line review of construction documents and oversee consultant deliverables. This isn't a support role behind a project executive. You're running the show.
The firm is a mid-sized, well-established architecture practice with a strong reputation in the corporate interiors space, based in a Midtown Manhattan location that's easy to reach by mass transit.
You own the client relationship. From new business presentations and RFP responses through project sign-off, you're the primary point of contact for clients, landlords, real estate teams, and consultants.
You control the financial and production side of the project. Man-hour projections, project fees, budgets, schedules, staffing projections, and fee tracking all run through you.
You have final say on documents. You'll conduct the final red-line review of construction documents and the overall review of consultant documents before they go out the door.
Work/life balance is part of the deal here, at a firm known for its reputation in corporate workplace interiors.
If you've spent the last decade building your career in corporate workplace interiors and you're ready to run projects end-to-end with real client ownership, this is worth a conversation.
