We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Millwork Engineer to join our team in Lake Worth Beach, FL. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000–$120,000 and focuses on leading the drafting and engineering of high-end architectural millwork, cabinetry, and custom furniture for luxury residential projects. Key Responsibilities

• Draft and engineer detailed shop drawings for approval and fabrication of luxury residential millwork projects in Lake Worth Beach, FL.
• Lead, mentor, and review work from the drafting team, ensuring quality and accuracy through redlines and QA processes.
• Coordinate with project management, field teams, and fabrication to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Create material and parts lists and perform shop inspections to verify constructability.
• Update as-built drawings and support project documentation for successful project completion.

• Deep expertise in custom millwork, cabinetry, joinery, and material selection.
• Strong knowledge of integrated hardware and appliance coordination.
